This is also emphasized by our manifold Menu-Variations and Buffet-Variations.

There is something for everybody, from a small snack to a large dinner.
According to your individual requirements, we will organise,
create and serve you from 'dinner for two' to a full banquet.

In the restaurant there is the possibility between the standard menu or à la Carte.

For example:

• Boletus ravioli with rukola and coctail cherrys
• Home made graved lachs
• Herrenhaus-pan or the Bohlendorf Fischplate

After the meal, the Team from the Landhotel Herrenhaus Bohlendorf offers you the possibility of a digestive, espresso or cigar to finish off the evening in total peace.

Naturally this is only a small extract from our extensive range of specialities that are offered from our services. Whether duck, beef, veal, fish - everything is possible.

There is a grill buffet every Sunday evening from 01/05/2009 to the 30/09/2009.

• Salad made with locally grown cabbage varieties

• Roasted wild pig with cherry-red cabbage
• Savoy cabbage with wild pig, fried in the pan
• Mixed stuffed cabbage with white, red and Savoy cabbages

• Variety of homemade salads
• Cabbage soup à la Bohlendorf
• Grilled filet of wild salmon on a bed of courgettes
• Rolled red cabbage with Baltic Sea cod
• Halibut slices on a bed of braised cabbage
